The backstage view is a place where you can perform operations on the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The backstage view was first introduced in\u00a0Excel 2010<\/strong>\u00a0and is still present in\u00a0Excel 365<\/strong>. In earlier releases, including Excel 2003, many features from the backstage view were present under the\u00a0File<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
