I did it so we can see where are the rows containing the \u201cdelete\u201d text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete rows containing specific text<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to remove rows containing the \u201cdelete\u201d text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click inside the table and press <strong>Ctrl + A<\/strong> to select all the cells in the table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Find and Replace<\/strong> window by using the <strong>Ctrl + F<\/strong> keyboard shortcut (or <strong>Home &gt;&gt; Editing &gt;&gt; Find &amp; Select<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"452\" height=\"243\" src=\"https:\/\/officetuts.net\/excel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/find-and-replace.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/officetuts.net\/excel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/find-and-replace.png 452w, https:\/\/officetuts.net\/excel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/find-and-replace-300x161.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 452px) 100vw, 452px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Click <strong>Find All<\/strong>, and immediately after that <strong>Ctrl + A<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Close to close the window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the cells selected, press <strong>Ctrl + &#8211;<\/strong> to open the <strong>Delete<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"173\" height=\"178\" src=\"https:\/\/officetuts.net\/excel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/delete-window.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3236\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/officetuts.net\/excel\/training\/selecting-rows-and-columns\/\">Select <strong>Entire row<\/strong><\/a> and press <strong>OK<\/strong>.
