You don\u2019t have to use the SUM<\/strong> function if you want to sum numbers. But when you use more complicated calculations you may find it very useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can use the SUM<\/strong> function when you enter numbers from the keyboard. All numbers that are separated by a comma will be summed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Example 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n will return 5.35<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the following example, there are numbers that need to be summed up in columns.
