When you create a form you may want to include zeros in front of the number. For example<\/p>\n\n\n\n
000123<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n But after you enter this value and press Enter it will immediately change to<\/p>\n\n\n\n 123<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This happens because the default data type of a cell is general<\/a>. This means that Excel is trying to guess which data type<\/a> you are trying to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this example, it treats it as a number because all characters inside cell B2<\/strong> are numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
